changed something in the vegetable rack ...
... I'm now considering a very long time if I pull through this change and whether it really really the right way.
am this morning, I came to the conclusion that I simply dare. :-)
Here in the vegetable rack, there was - until suddenly, there was salmon - no fish.
to get a vegetarian animal life was supposed to start as free as possible. To this day it is so that my meat consumption I really so limited that I'm actually 90% meat-free (now I move on to the 100%). :-)
fish is, however min. once a week on our menu. Sometimes I feel that my body needs much fish, I get cravings and I am not formally satisfied if I did not get it. * Cough *
important to me is that the fish is an organic fish, the brand "Follow Fish" I feel very safe.
Each package is a tracking number with which one can easily understand what is the origin of the fish. Also be found on the homepage www.followfish.de recipes and interesting info about the products, entertainment, etc.
Another fish are no longer comes to the plate, I'm so glad it is here in one of the larger supermarkets.
Well, I would as of today you also like to offer even a few recipes with fish. I really hope very much that you demonize this decision, I'm really very long and agonizing if at all, and how and hach ... but it happens to be what it's like I'm not 100% vegetarian and although I can do without meat, on fish, I can not. I like to eat it and I have the feeling that he is doing my body good.
And the most important here my blog is simply that it is authentic and courts to "hide" from you because they contain fish makes me just not fun anymore. For this you can do a lot of nice things with fish. :-)

So, the first fish dish is the vegetable rack which I published a very simple and fast; salmon with roasted vegetables ideal for fast work or even in the summer to the barbecue.
You need this:
- 2 organic salmon fillets
-
2 carrots - 1 good handful of mushrooms
- 8 small Kartofffeln
- 2 Zweige Rosmarin
- 8 Cocktailtomaten
- 1 Frühlingszwiebel
- Olivenöl
- Fleur de Sel
- Pfeffer
Die Lachs Filets in eine Auflaufform legen. Die gewaschenen und halbierten Kartoffeln, halbierte und geputzte Pilze sowie geschälte und gevierteilte Möhren hinzugeben. Mit den halbierten Cocktailtomaten, der klein geschnittenen Frühlingszwiebel das Ganze noch ein wenig verschönern.
Nicht zu wenig Olivenöl über die gesamte Form träufeln und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Die Rosmarinzweige dazu legen und die nun sehr hübsch dekorierte Form für ca. 35 Min. bei 200° C in den Ofen schieben.
